The editorial board of the journal supports the development of young researchers and promotes the dissemination of the results of their research.

PhD students are exempt from fees for the articles processing and publication fees, regardless of the form of funding for their studies. Free publication is offered for both single-authored articles and those co-authored with supervisors or other authors.
